Downing View: It's HOME!
This is a new subdivision started in 2025 in Hollister, Missouri. It is just minutes from downtown Hollister, where all the fun Hollister activities are held and minutes from the Branson Landing. These homes will be more affordable homes than in many new Hollister and Branson areas. The are affordable, homes that will be around 1200-1800 sqft and will be listed around the 289,000-380,000 range. They will be mostly 3 bedroom 2 baths but we will have some surprises in there also with more square footage or larger layouts based on the land topography. Branson new homes and Hollister new homes are becoming scarce in the 250,000 price range, so the goal was to develop some homes that more people can afford. With rising costs, this is harder and harder to achieve. The good news is the builder is committed to trying to keep them in an affordable range so more people can become home owners.
Rooftop Lodges at Table Rock Lake, 5000 Lakefront Condominiums.
The Rooftop Lodges are a small development with a lot of charm. YES the rooftop decks are pretty spectacular. The decks on these nightly rental lodges have outdoor kitchens, TV's, lounges, heaters, fans, and shade. These lodges were built and for sale in 2023. They are currently all sold but call in case there is a resale property. These lodges are approximately 2600 sq ft plus a 600 sq ft ROOFTOP DECK. The 5 bedroom plus a bunk room rental lodges for sale will be resales, but are worth a look for sure. They sit lakefront and have some gorgeous views from the rooftop. These lodges are in a COA called 5000 Lakefront Condominiums. They are a true beauty, which you should rent as a nightly rental lodge, if you want a great place for a multi family gathering. The Majestic at Table Rock Lake
The place we all want to be, that is The Majestic. It is a lake condo development with approximately 120 units. There are 2 sections to The Majestic, 200 Majestic Drive and 320 Majestic Drive Branson, Missouri 65616. If you are looking for lakefront with trees and proximity to the water, the 325 Majestic Drive is the one you are looking for. If you want majestic Lake views of Table Rock Lake, then 200 Majestic Drive is the one. It has unobstructed views of Table Rock Lake, near the Dam and the Chateau, a massive hotel that has views of Table Rock Lake and a lot of the condos on Table Rock Lake are close. The last Majestic condos were built in 2022 on the right side of the main building and were also sold to individuals and small businesses. If you are an investor looking for nightly rental condo for sale on Table Rock Lake, The Majestic will fit the bill.
Three Pines Estates, Reeds Spring, Missouri
In Reeds Spring, Missouri you will find a quaint little development called Three Pines Estates, where every day you see people walking their dogs, talking to neighbors in the yard and taking care of their yard. This development was started years ago but many of the homes were recently built and are very stately homes. Homes for sale in Branson West and homes for sale in Reeds Spring are now homes that people have been able to live in and make memories, now may be selling a home and wanting to make new home memories. Most of these homes are 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms with 3 car garages. The lot sizes are often a little over a quarter of an acre, mostly flat, and maintained which gives the feeling that pride of ownership is prominent. In 2026 the last home of many, built by the same builder, was finished and the subdivision continues to appeal to many buyers in the Branson market. Proximity to Branson, Springfield and Table Rock Lake make this location ideal for many hard working people and retirees wanting a place to call home. If you are looking for a neighborhood with 3-4 bedrooms near schools, the lake and town, but still has the country vibe, Three Pines Estates might serve you well.
Wilderness Meadows, where HOME meets acreage.
Wilderness Meadows in Reeds Spring, Missouri is newer neighborhood started around 2025. Two stately homes sit there as we speak just off of Wilderness Pines Lane, Reeds Spring, MO and a third is being built June 2026. These homes will be estate style homes that sit proudly on approximately an acre to just under 2 acres. The estate homes will be appealing to people who want to live in the country on their own land but still be by neighbors. Your home will feel like an escape to Iowa or Kansas because the land is mostly flat and mostly cleared like a meadow. They will vary in size and style but will be homes priced over $550,000-$900,000 (based on 2025 prices) with the majority having 4-5 bedrooms and 3-4 bathrooms. These are all predictions since there are only 2 currently finished homes
Oakwood Estates, Hollister, MO
Oakwood Estates is a development that was built in 2021-2022 and consists mostly of 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom homes that are approximately 1200-1450 sqft. The homes in Hollister, MO were originally sold around the $200,000-$220,000 price point. As time goes by, we have seen those prices increase but remain an affordable little neighborhood with around 38 homes. If you are looking for a neighborhood that has the small town feel near schools and downtown, this might be the one.
I have also worked with the builders in other neighborhoods. Homes for sale near Branson would be Branson Hills, just off of Branson Hills Parkway by the Rec Plex. These homes near a golf course are appealing from the outside to the inside, from the curb appeal to the backyard. You will find a lot of high end landscaping and all different topography. They are mostly .5 acre to just over an acre. These homes are priced on a higher scale and must be brick or stone on the front, so you can image the larger homes in this neighborhood. They are still being built. Buy a lot and build one yourself or find a new construction home builder to build one for you. Resales come on often. The neighborhood is in a Community Improvement District so will have special "tax", so be sure you get all the details. You will find a lovely mix of homes in this neighborhood and built over a long period of time.
Homes for sale in Branson West would be at Stonebridge Village. These homes vary widely with stone or brick fronts in cream to darker brown colors. There are condos for sale, homes for sale, and lodge style condos for sale in the Stonebridge area. They are all focused around the Ledgestone Golf Course, you will find a mix of homes to be 3-5 bedrooms with 3-5 bathrooms with a few outliers. Stonebridge will feel like a nature preserve with a lot of trees, golf course and many rock formations.
Homes for sale in Kimberling City, Missouri would be Overlook Subdivision and Royale Estates. Overlook in Kimberling City, these homes are often found to be homes with 3-4 bedrooms and a 3-4 bathrooms. Most will have 2-4 garages because it is a lake community and who doesn't want a side by side and a boat? Royale Estates mostly has 3-4 bedroom slightly smaller homes with 2 car garages. There are still some lots there that may also be built upon with new homes.
